Sweepstakes Official Rules

HOW TO ENTER:  No purchase necessary.  To enter, fill out an official entry blank available at Online at www.mediacomcontest.com.  Entry blanks will be available from on or before April 13, 2012 until April 18, 2012.  If no entry blanks are available, or to enter without visiting sponsor location, print your name, street address, daytime and evening phone numbers, and your age on a 3x5 card or postcard and mail to Rhonda Schuller, c/o OnMedia, 1533 Enterprise, SuiteA,  Springfield Missouri, 65804. All entries must be received by midnight on April 18, 2012.  Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted, however, you may enter as often as you wish.

DRAWING:  Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a representative OnMedia.  Drawing will take place on April 19, 2012 at 5 p.m. in the office of OnMedia of Springfield.  Entrants need not be present to win.  Odds of winning will depend on number of entries received.  Winners will be contacted by telephone immediately following the drawing.  If a winner cannot be contacted by noon on April 20, 2012, or if that winner declines prize, an alternate winner will be chosen randomly from among the remaining entries.  Entries that do not comply with official rules will be discarded.

PRIZES: 

1. Grand (First) Prize:  4 pack of tickets & meet & greet, estimated retail value: $108.  
2. Runner up prize:  10 winners will recieve one pair of tickets, estimated retail value:  $54 

 All prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalent is allowed.  Prizes do not include coverage of transportation costs, nor do they include food or beverage allowance, nor do they include any other item not specifically included.  Such items are the responsibility of the winner.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Employees of OnMedia and their agencies and subsidiaries, related entities and agents and immediate families of each are not eligible to participate.  Participants must have a driver’s license or other state identification, or in the case of minors, parental/guardian approval.  This sweepstakes is open to United States residents.  Winners may be required to provide their taxpayer identification (Social Security) number and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within 48 hours of notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

MISCELLANEOUS:  Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.  By entering this contest, the winners consent to the use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.  No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage due, or late entries or mail.  No responsibility is assumed for any injury or damage of any kind resulting from entry into this sweepstakes or from use of any prize.  This offer is void where prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.  This sweepstakes is sponsored by the Juanita K Hammons Hall) and OnMedia, and is being administered by OnMedia of Springfield.
